Path Recorder is a Windows PC software that can visualize the tracking volume of VIVE Mars. It also allows you to record the tracking data and export it to FBX files, which can be useful for post-production tasks.

  1. Download Path Recorder software on VIVE Mars website.

  2. Install Path Recorder.

  3. Launch Path Recorder. In Mars IP, input the IP address of the Mars. The default port number is 5500.

  4. In Recording > Show paths, toggle Tracker numbers to visualize it in the tracking volume.

  5. In the preview window, press Record button (◉) to recrod the tracking data into FBX file.
